A Fresh Call Every Time
Congratulations! By purchasing our Call Freshening System, you've taken a big step toward enhancing the performance and extending the life of your diaphragm mouth calls. Not only that, but by using our Diaphresh Rinse™ with your Field Case, you're helping to cut down on the presence of bacteria.
The handy Field Case allows you to separate your reeds right there in the field- while they're still wet. Now, you can secure your calls and keep them close while hunting, then rinse away all the nasty, dried "stuff" from between your reeds after the hunt. When you're done for the day, your calls will be stored in the uniquely designed Field Case (patent pending) featuring the Reed Rack™.
READ THE DIRECTIONS BEFORE USING! IT WILL HELP YOU USE THE REED RACK™ MORE EASILY.
Before first use, thoroughly rinse reservoir of Field Case with warm tap water.
“Racking” your calls

- Grasp open lid between thumb and forefinger, supporting bottom of reservoir in palm of hand. It should be held at roughly a 90° angle (Fig. 1). Hold your call so that the layers of reeds are facing toward you. Guide call onto the Reed Rack™, gently working prongs back and forth as you insert them into the call.
- It’s easiest to begin “racking” your call by slightly inserting one of the longest prongs between the longest reeds first (Fig. 2). Once the initial prong is started, insert the other long prong between the next layer of reeds (Fig 3). Insert prongs, gently working back and forth as you go inwards. If “racking” a four-reed call, insert short prong between final reeds.
- Once the prongs are fully inserted, seat the frame leg of your call firmly into the “keeper” (Fig. 4).TIP: Holding your call with your forefinger and thumb, support the reeds with your middle fingertip as you insert the prong tips into your call.
- With calls “racked”, pour 1 oz. of Diaphresh™ Rinse to fill line in bottom of reservoir. It’s not much. Close and latch lid.
- Turn Field Case upside down and shake gently for several seconds.
- With case right side up, open and empty reservoir.
- A quick rinse with plain water will remove the sticky Rinse residue, leaving your calls with a clean, minty taste.
Off-season storage
- After “racking” calls on Reed Rack™, rinse calls thoroughly with Diaphresh™ Rinse. Repeat as desired, working prongs gently between reeds to eliminate any dried saliva.
- Empty reservoir and do a good final rinse with plain water to remove all rinse residue.
- Allow case and calls to air dry before closing lid. It may take a couple of days to completely dry.
- Once completely dry, close, but don’t latch lid, and store in a cool, dry place.
Other important information
- Do not twist lid while open. This will cause damage to hinge.
- Use caution in temperatures below 32°F. Open lid no more than 90° as hinge can be stressed under these conditions.
- Never leave your calls immersed in Rinse.
- To prevent damage to the reeds, always moisten calls before removing from Reed Rack™. Add a small amount of Rinse or water to the reservoir. Turn over, shake, then empty. That will be plenty of moisture to safely remove your reeds.
- Do not latch and seal your calls in the Field Case for more than a couple of days unless they are completely dry between the reeds.
It's what your mouth calls have been screaming for.
